is a recent estate find from a historic New England Estate. This is a Thick, Very Rare, Historic Leather Bound Book entitled "1870 MASSACHUSETTS PUBLIC DOCUMENTS Nos. 1 to 4", published by Wright & Potter Printing Co. Boston in 1871. This is the Rare 1st First Edition! This has some wear from age, but has strong binding and clean pages as pictured, Overall Nice! This sat in an Attic for the last 100 years or so, and was well protected. I haven't seen one like this before! This is a historic book with all recorded records of Births, Deaths, Marriages, etc in the year 1870.
