This frame is beautiful with the expected age wear, but nothing extremely damaged. Upper right corner of the wood has a little fading in the finish about a half inch. A couple of minor 'scraps', but nothing deep into the wood. The bottom right edge corner of the frame has a wood chip about an inch. The color of the wood is solid throughout and is barely noticable. Overall is a very good, tight frame. The gold inside edges, as most this age, could use some gold flecking for consistency if you want to make it look new. Otherwise, enjoy the beauty of it's age. Tip to tip of frame corner designs measures about 25 x 20 inches. Opening is 20 x 13-1/2.

Print is in excellent condition. Lower right corner says, " Gies & Co. Buffalo, N.Y." and "Published by S.T. Buck, Milton, PA"

Lower left says, "Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1871 by M. Yauck, 18 University Avenue, Rochester, N.Y. in the office of the Librarian of Congress at Washington".
