Up for auction is a $2 1873 Charlotte Columbia and Augusta Rail Road note. I am listing an entire set - $1, $2, $5 and $10 in four different lots. No reserve.I reduce the total shipping cost for multiple lot winners.The scan file sizes are larger than normal so they may take a moment to load. Double I am offering multiple auction lots this week that include all of the varieties of 1866 notes along with two complete sheets, 1872 notes and Charlotte, Columbia and Augusta Rail Road notes.I am a life member of the ANA and South Carolina Numismatic Association. If paying by check, please allow up to 10 days for the check to clear depending on the amount of the check and your feedback. It is unfortunate this is necessary, but there are so many scammers in the world. Item will be shipped with a minimum $100 of insurance. EBay does not allow the addition of a charge for additional insurance after the sale. I will fully insure the notes to the extent necessary beyond $100, at my expense, when shipped. Shipping to Canada is uninsured since the value added fees are very high. The item is shipped without value to Canada. I have shipped about 1000 items over the years (I sold a lot of coins and paper money on eBay between 1997 and early 2000s when the feedback system was different so my score doesn't reflect it). I have lost only two shipments.
