She describes her journey and her time in Europe. It is very descriptive and is guaranteed original and in good condition. It says in part:We sailed from the company's dock at half past seven this morning. Charlie Cameron, Mary McCarthy, Old John and his wife, Cecile...came down to the dock to see us off...Our last evening at home was spent very agreeably Mr and Mrs Route, Mr and Mrs Mclaren...called to tell us goodbye...This is the first eastward voyage that this ship has made and of course everything is perfectly new and clean, she belongs to the Inman Line. The ? de Paris of the French Line left New York at the same hour that we did but is far behind now...Everyday is very much like the others on shipboard, we eat, sleep and sit son deck. It stormed last night and is still raining.
