1876-77 SILVER CASED FUSEE POCKET WATCH BY CHARLES LYON OF BRIDLINGTON

A Victorian Gents silver cased fusee pocket watch by Charles Lyon of Bridlington on the East Yorkshire Coast. The watch movement has been cleaned /serviced and is in good working order and keeping good time. Key included.

The watch case is hallmarked for London 1876-77 and is still in quite good condition with good hinges and a perfect glass crystal.

The cases also has the movement number 52306 stamped on the inside, showing that the case and the movement belong together.

The fusee chain driven lever movement is complete with it's dust cover and runs well in all positions. The white enamel dial is in reasonable condition however it does have 2 faint but noticeable hairline cracks one running between No4 to 5 and the other from the centre of the hands up to No1.
