This small 2.75" brass bell is dated 1878. On one side of the bell in relief are the words "Chantel Fondlur" and on the other side is the date and the word "Saichelecikr"? The bell could have been used on a goat or a cow but the cow bells I have seen are usually much larger. I am told this bell came from a French Train in the fifties.
