1878 Morgan Dollar. 7 tail feathers, reverse of 1879. ANACS graded MS-65 Deep Mirror Prooflike. Bright mirror surfaces give nice contrast against the raised frosted devices, thus the DMPL designation. The cheek is remarkably clean. Untoned with a hint of light violet forming about the extreme borders.
