About this Book This British Government Blue Paper was presented to both Houses of Parliament in 1879 and deals with the correspondence between the European powers concerning the demarcation of frontiers of Balkan Provinces of the Ottoman Empire in 1880 following the end of the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-78.This document contains the text of 140 official letters and telegrams and other forms of diplomatic correspondence.Most of the correspondence deals with Albania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Eastern Roumelia and Rumania.Some of the documents are in French.A rare historical document.
