Up for bids is a very nice Gustav becker 2 Weight Vienna Regulator Wall Clock. Very ornate carvings and details. Movement marked Medaille D'or Freib.i.Schl. Braunaui.B. Serial number is 262,671 so the year it was made is 1880. Beautiful porcelain face dial, free of cracks or chips. Weights are very ornate. Case is in good condition without any scratches seen. Looks like there was once a gong attached to back of case, outline seen. All hand carved. Topper is genuine with clock. Cables are not genuine to clock that is the reason it runs then stops. There is not enough pressure on the escapement for it to keep running. Cables are less then $40 on ebay. Case is approximately 48" long. Glass is perfect without any cracks. Has key. Selling as is.
