This saddle fits both the DID horses and Dragon horses . This 1/6 scale model saddle is a replica of an 1880's era A fork double rigged western saddle, loaded up with tapaderoes (covered stirrups), saddlebags (removeable), rifle scabbard, breast collar, pad, lariat, canteen and bridle. The action figure and Dragon horse are just for posing purposes, you are just buying the tack. This of course, IS NOT FOR A REAL HORSE, it is a scale model saddle. The tack is all hand made by the seller from genuine leather and dyed dark brown. The tree is made from clay and kiln fired. The stirrup leathers are laced up, so they can be adjusted for a different length. They are set right now to fit 12" action figures like Sideshow, Dragon, Johnny West, etc. This saddle is made to fit the Dragon and DID horses, so it is too big and wide for marx horses, and WAY too big for Breyers. The girth does up like a real saddle, as does every buckle on the rest of the gear. DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND, the saddlebags can be removed. I prefer to make them permanently attached, but no one else seems to like them that way, so they are removeable. The saddle strings go through two holes in the saddlebags, and t are two side straps going from the saddlebags to the front rings. The saddle is 4 inches long and 6 1/2 inches from the top of the horn to the bottom of the stirrups. read more
