1880's OAK WALL MOUNT COAT/HAT RACK WITH MIRROR *No Res DESCRIPTION: We are pleased to offer for auction: NICE OLD 1880's OAK WALL MOUNT COAT/HAT RACK WITH MIRROR & TOP SHELF -- 6 HANGERS FOR COATS or HATS -- We Are Not Quite Sure Of The Actual Age Or Orgin Although We Have Been Advised That It's Most Likely American And From The 1880's Period -- This Certainly Is A Beautiful Wall Mount Coat/Hat Rack With Center Mirror -- DO NOT Allow This One To Slip Away -- Please "CLICK" On Each Of The Attached Pictures For SUPER SIZE Viewing! MEASUREMENTS: Overall It Measures Approximately 39 1/2" Wide (Maximum Width At Widest Point) And Approximately 14 1/4" Tall (Maximum Height At Tallest Point) -- The Shelf (Located At The Top) Measures Approximately 3 1/2" Wide (Maximum Width Measuring From The Back Towards The Front) -- This Shelf Would Be Great For Figurines Or Even A Clock Shelf, It Does Not Have A Groove For Plates Although It Would Be Very Easy To Cut A Plate Groove In With A Router. CONDITION: Excellent (Vintage 1880's) Condition -- We Would Say That The Mirror Was Most Likely Replaced Sometime Back (?) Simply Becaure The Mirror Is In Absolutely Mint Condition -- The Only Minor Imperfection That We Can See Is That The Third (3rd) From The Left Coat/Hat Hanger, For Some Reason, Was Moved Over And Re-Secured And Later Put Back In The Appropriate/Original Place -- The Screw Holes Have Been Professionally Repaired And Are Moderately Visible Upon Close Inspection (We Have Made An Attempt To Show This In One Of The Attached Pictures) -- In Our Opinion, This In Absolutely No Way Deters From The Beauty or Collectability Of This Spectacular Vintage Piece -- This Would L@@K Wonderful In Anyone's Home -- What A Piece Of Heritage And History!
