Today I will be listing several pieces of old ephemera that I picked up recently. I buy at local auctions in rural NH all week and list most everything I find on Ebay. I typically offer old photos, stereoviews, postcards, programs, view books, trade cards, books, advertising, railroad, sports, military, toys, dolls, etc., etc. All items guaranteed to be vintage and original, no reproductions. Check my other auctions for more fun old stuff.THIS ITEM: Image measures about 5 x 8 inches on a slightly larger mount. Inscription at the bottom reads, "B 66. Court, Palace Hotel, S. F., Cal. Taber Photo, San Francisco." Great shot of a large, sunlit court with a stagecoach, several chairs and benches, a door wiyh a RESTAURANT sign over it, and five levels of balconies. I don't know if theis is a pre-fire or post-fire image, but it looks 1890-1900ish. This is a great interior view of a grand old hotel. Illustration on the reverse shows Tabor building and gives address as 8 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, Cal. Guaranteed vintage photo, not a reprint.
