Feb 25th, 1883 United States This note features beautiful design with exquisite engravings . Gorgeous note !!! They don't make notes like these anymore. ~ A true work of Art ~ OBVERSE on the left side features Benjamin Franklin drawing electricity from the sky with a key and a kite.
