It says TRADE MARK with a crown and cross symbol. Then it says F. + B. ROGERS SILVER CO. 1883 TAUNTON, MASS. QUADRUPLE 1523. This item stands 3 inches high. The bottom flares out and measures 3 1/8 inches across. The top opening is slightly smaller measuring 2 7/8 inches. The top edge is fluted. T are six applied swirlling type designs around the upper rim. Super black patina to this item. I do not clean my old stuff like this, it is up to you to leave it or clean it up. This would shine like sterling if you cleaned it. It weighs an astonishing amount of 153.9 grams. This is a very old excellent piece, welcome it to your collection today. Don't miss out.
