1884 Ingraham INDEX in a walnut case. The clock is about 22 inches tall with a 6 inch dial. The case is in over all good condition. The case has what looks to me as it's original finish. The case has one crack at the top near the dial area and can be seen in one of the photos. The clock has it's original signed Ingraham movement 8 day time and strike. The clock does work. The clock has it's original dial, dial paper, excellent original glass and original pendulum. The clock does NOT have it's original gong. The only holes in the back of the case are the two holes where the original gong was first installed and the holes of the current gong. An original gong part for this clock would be very simple to obtain and install, however, the current gong goes work. It's totally up to the new owner. This clock would make a great clock for the new clock collector or to add to a collection or a stock clock to sell.
