I will finish selling off the rest of my collection in a series of ONE and THREE day auctions over the next couple of days. All these items will make a great addition to anyones collection. The first is a GORGEOUS 188 4-O "BINION COLLECTION" Morgan Silver Dollar. This coin has been graded "BINION" MS64 by the best in the business, NGC. Beautiful, blazing white beauty owned by the man himself "TED BINION" , it features excellent detail and strike. Coin has overall amazing eye appeal. I NOW AM ABLE TO UPLOAD PICTURES, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT GREAT AS THEY WERE TAKEN WITH A CHEAP DIGITAL CAMERA, THE ITEM IS AS DESCRIBED AND THE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE!! The Morgan Dollars were minted from 1878 to 1904 and then for one more year in 1921. Named after the designer of the obverse and reverse of the coin, George T. Morgan, the Morgan Dollar was authorized by the Bland-Allison Act of 1878. For years called the Bland Dollar, the Morgan Dollar, as we now know it, has a fineness of .900, giving a total silver content of 0.77344 troy ounces (24.057 grams) per coin.
