His administration (1889-93) is best known for a series of domestic-protective legislation, most notably the McKinley Tariff. Presented is a beautiful check signed by the Union Army Colonel, authenticated by PSA/DNA. The check is dated and hails from Fletcher's Bank of Indianapolis.
