You are bidding on a well circulated 1886 $2.00 Silver Certificate FR 242 PCGS Graded 3 "About Good." Obviously, it has tatters, pin holes, etc. I wonder how many 1886 $2.00 Silver certificate notes are still out there, in any condition?
