Condition: The binding is the big issue with this book, it is completely separated from the contents in the back and hanging by a few threads inside the front cover. Wear to the cloth cover is generally light, mostly edge wear at the top and bottom of the spine and a lesser amount of wear to the four courners, other wear is slight. The contents are actually very clean and in excellent condition with the only exception being the fold out document show in the photos which has some edge wear and creasing.
