Due to downsizing, I am offering for sale my 1886 copy of "Jo's Boys" by Louisa M. Alcott and published by Roberts Brothers of Boston. The binding is a dark teal linen with black lettering and gilding on the spine. It has 365 pages with 18 pages of advertising in the back. Condition: The pages are dark with age Corners are knocked There is separation tear of the front board to the spine (see photo) There is wear on the top and bottom of the spine There is an inscription written in the front The title page is loose and needs to be tipped in The rest of the binding is in holding strong From Wikipedia: Jo's Boys, and How They Turned Out: A Sequel to "Little Men" is a novel by American author Louisa May Alcott , first published in 1886. The novel is the final book in the unofficial Little Women series. In it, Jo's "children," now grown, are caught up in real world troubles.
