This auction is for an interesting 1889 Paris Exposition souvenir clam shell folder containing TWENTY illustrated views...

Each view is titled & each view is pasted down onto paper stock that has the thickness of a quality postcard...

Each matte/card measures 7 x 5 1/4 inches. Each view measures 3 1/2 x 5 inches... The views are pasted down the same exact way as a cabinet card photo would be pasted down onto a matte / board... This set and it's illustrated clam shell folder are gorgeous.

The titles of the views are as follows in no particular order:

c.1889 : 20 views + illustrated clam shell folder...

Condition: Not ripped, not torn, not repaired. Some light corner wear, some light wear along the inside edges of each flap. Please note the rubbed / worn area in the top right hand corner of the front panel. I have provided a close up photo of the rubbed area. The rubbed area is about the size of a large almond... The inside areas of the folder are a little soiled... Otherwise, NOT written in, not foxed, I will state that t are TWENTY plates / illustrations and I do not know if any are missing...
