LARGE HAND PAINTED FLORAL VASE VIENNA AUSTRIA CYLINDRICAL VASE By P.H. LEONARD ARTIST SIGNED - H. GIBBONS 1890-1908 Pictorial guide to pottery pg. 179 referenced Height: 13 1/2" Widest: 6 1/4" Top: 5 1/8" Base: 5 5/8" This is a cylindrical body vase tapering to a smaller top opening. Hand painted beautiful floral design using reds, blues, pinks, greens and browns. CONDITION: OH LA LA EXCELLENT - FANTASTIC NO CHIPS NO CRACKS NO CRAZING NO REPAIRS You will find this piece is in EXCELLENT shape, and clearly hallmarked on the bottom. I'D LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT NONE OF THESE AUCTIONS HAVE RESERVES AND ARE PRICED TO SELL! I am helping a gentleman liquidate his grandparents estate and it is chuck full of antiques in the condition that one only hopes to find. They were a prominent Minneapolis couple that originated in Kentucky and then moved to Minneapolis. This and several other boxes I have unpacked were kept in a Climate Controlled storage since at least 1961, so don't miss out on this opportunity to get ahold of a hard to find fantastic piece of authentic hand painted antique porcelain.
