Of the some 2.1+ MM CC Uncirculated Silver Dollars in the GSA sale, only 3,608 were 1890-CC's. Consider that many of those were inadvertently discarded or later damaged & destroyed. One gets an idea, then, how rare these COA's are! It's essential to have the proper COA to complete a GSA coin set. Yet, how many have a low, low, low # like this one - 90000019? Rare, indeed! The card is in good condition; there's some minor wrinkling that looks like the black box closed on it on rare occasions. There are no stains; however, there is some very cool writing on the back: 1890 50 10-3-73. My educated guess is the original owner either bought it or was informed on that date his winning bid of $50 was accepted. Nice piece of history! The black box is in very good condition with a fully intact hinge. There is a minor depressed area on the back in the lower right corner, but nothing serious.FREE USPS insured shipping. Box & COA will be securely packed.PayPal only per eBay guidelines.
