a very nice late 1800s circa 1890s-1905 hit& miss ENGINE catalog entitled ACME GAS & GASOLINE ENGINES manufactured by the SM JONES COMPANY TOLEDO OHIO featuring drilling engines with black & white illustrations in 37 complete pages ...measuring 9" long by 6" tall. Soft cover binding with some minor staining around the borders of the front and rear covers (as shown) and edges of inner pages(not bad- not too bad at all)...being a nice original volume- a scarce and difficult catalogue to replace with Oil and Gas Well Drilling Engines such as Sucker Rod Engines Etc...these folks were manufacturers of the Rathburn Engines, Hammond Pumps and a number of various early drilling appliances...this catalogue is a scarce resource and would be a great historical help to the early oil and gas drilling industry.T are more pics toward bottom of this listing. ......................TERMS OF SALE: We are not experts on any of the items we sell, so please ask all questions before you bid and we will try to answer your questions to the best of our ability.
