1890The Wabash LinePublic Timetable This is the October, 1890, Fall Edition, East-Bound (stated) Public Timetable for The Wabash Line. Buff color medium weight paper , illustrated from woodcuts and featuring wonderful period graphics including The Wabash Line flag. 4" x 8 1/2". Printed by Poole Brothers, Chicago. Map. Charles M. Hays is listed as the General Manager and F. Chandler is listed as the General Passenger and Ticket Agent. The double cover illustration is of a tastefully dressed young woman, open book in her lap, in a reclining chair, enjoying the scenery. Inside illustrations include reclining chair cars, buffet sleeping cars, boudoir sleeping cars and the Wabash dining cars ("Meals only 75 cents"). Condition: Some soiling and rubbing from handling; slight water stain to lower part of cover and verso (see photograph); Overall, Very Good. A handsome piece.
