This is a great piece, circa 1890's. Was used to cut the small twisted cigars from that era. The 1 1/2" long cutter is 14K Gold with 2 Diamonds and a Ruby on one side. Other side is monogrammed CAB. The 14K Gold chain is 11 1/2" long with 25 small natural gold nuggets. Stone is from Brazil but I don't know the name. Total weight is 23.2 grams. Total length is 14 3/4" long.
