Up for bids is an 1890's hutchinson style soda bottle from PENNSYLVANIA. It is boldly embossed on the front in a oval slug-plate: FRANK MALARKEY COAL DALE PA.. There are two different towns called COALDALE in Pennsylvania. One is located in Bedford County , Pa. and the other is located in Schuylkill County, Pa.. Not sure which Mr. Malarkey had his business. The bottle is aqua in color. Stands 6 & 5/8 inches tall. Has metal stopper. Rubber seal is gone. Bottle was dug on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in the 1970's. Has some stain. Couple very tiny nicks on the round of the heel a the bottom. no other chips, cracks or dings. Large bubble inside of the neck. Would be super nice with a light tumble.
