Vintage glass was made around the late 1890s by the National Glass Co. of Pittsburgh Pa (formerly Dalzell, Gilmore & Leighton Co). The original manufacturer's name for this pattern is Alexis, but it's also known as Late Moon and Stars, Sun and Star or Stelle. High standard compote is in excellent condition--t's one tiny flake on the upper rim, but no real cracks, chips or damage. Only issues are some pull marks and some bubbles and t Another rough area on the side is an imperfection in the glass. Compote stands 7.5" high, 8" across the upper rim and 4.5" across the open footed bottom. Scalloped rim is slightly flared. I don't believe this to be a reproduction, as it was purchased from an estate of old glass and antiques. Shipping can be calculated below...thanks for looking!
