1892 French bayonet for Manlicher Berther Artillary Carbine. With second pattern wood grips. The small notch in the lower blade edge, just forward of the cross guard, engages with the scabbard spring retaining the bayonet in the scabbard. Over all in good shape. There is a dent in the blade about 6 inches (14cm)from the cross guard. The dent looks like the blade took a bullet round. I took a picture so you can see. The grips are in great condition, without any cracks. The cross guard is marked with- 39902 and two simbles. The blade is stamped with an " A" will take pay pal and others.
