Hyland & Company, Chicago Binding still tight and in good condition. This is a very interesting work, the first 471 pages are a history of the church in America. The 2nd part (vol II) about the worlds Columbian Catholic Congress held at the world's fair in Chicago in 1893. in maroon engraved boards with gilt lettering and edges. Slight wear to corners, spine and one small hole near top of spine. Black and white engravings. . [New (no highlighting, notes, marks, etc.) Hardcover, in very good condition, (Leather on spine is partially split along the front cover hinge, as is the 1st 2" of the back hinge, leather spine looks nice with bright gilt lettering and designs.
