William Bellamy Original honorable discharge for Sergeant William Bellamy of Company F of the 10th Regiment. Signed by Colonel E. F. Townsend commanding the 12th Infantry at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas on June 6th, 1893. On the reverse side is Sgt. Bellamy's Military Record which includes a note that Sgt.
