Antique Book,used, From North Pole To Equator : Studies of Wild Life and Scenes In Many Lands By The Naturalist-Traveller. Alfred Edmund Brehm Author of " Bird Life", " Tierleben", Etc. Etc. Translated From The German By Margaret R. Thomson Edited By J. Arthur Thomson, M.A., F.R.S.E. With Eighty-Three Illustrations From Original Drawings. Blackie & Son, Limited London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Dublin. Do not know the original cost of this book. Book measurements are, 7 1/8" by 9 7/8" by 1 3/4" inch thick. Book cover color is faded. Upper portion of book end and rear cover hinge have a couple small pieces of paper stuck to outer material. Cover may have been wet/damp. Inner pages are slightly discolored. The inner hinge of first couple pages are stuck together. Upper page edges are gold in color. Some of the right page edges have been stained with the red dye of cover. The inner hinge of last page is seperated from binding at upper portion. Cover held on by cloth mesh. Cover is secure. Books over-all condition is Good. 592 pages............................................. Priced to sell!
