They don't make notes like these anymore. ~ A true work of Art ~ * OBVERSE features a Lady "History" instructing a youth. She is pointing to the US Constitution. In the background can be seen a Washington Monument as well as the Capitol. Names of great American individuals are enclosed in wreaths along the border. * REVERSE features the First Couple of the United States of America ~ George and Martha Washington.
