If you are a knife collector, then words are not needed The pictures already tell you what this is and how valuable it is. If not, then read on. This is a German Hunt Club knife. From the best translation I can provide, it is given for championship shooting/hunting. I have a photo of the wording on the blade for those who are more fluent in German. What makes this knife so valuable is the fact that the skinner IS STILL T!!!!! Most knives of this calibre are missing that very important piece. This one has unbelievable detail and beauty. The acorn belt mount is present and in good shape. The handle is stag. It was once engraved on the back side near the hilt but ground or removed. It had also been sharpened at one time. This is shown in the pictures. Other than that the knife only shows normal wear for it's age. I believe this to be German silver. The knife was made by K.C $ Company and it's markings are also in the pictures on the blade. This beautiful unit is a PERFECT addition to any collectors trophies. If you don't have this, then your collection is far from complete! As with all of my auctions, this item is sold AS/IS with no warranty or refunds implied or offered. Please ask any and all questions BEFORE placing a bid. Sales are final. Please consult your local laws on the importation and purchase of blades and knives BEFORE read more
