Up for bid is a barrel for an 1896 Swedish Mauser. This came off of a Carl Gustav mauser dated 1910. This barrel is in excellent shape with very little evidence of rust or pitting. Barrel retains about 85% of its original blueing. Bore is bright and shiny. Lands and grooves are prominent from the breech to the muzzle. Muzzle is tight. Barrel has a small lightly stamped CAI import stamp on the right side about 3 inches from the muzzle. This is one of the nicest Swede barrels I have seen in a long time. Barrel also comes with the original rear sight assy. as seen in the picture. T are no wrench marks or damage from barrel removal.
