Antique Regina music disc - This disc measures 15-1/2" across. It's patent date is June 27, 1893. It features the song "Tramp,Tramp,Tramp, The Prisoner's Hope Song". This song written by George F. Root in 1864. It was written to give hope the the Union prisoners of war. It was one of the most popular songs of the Civil War. The song is written from the prisoner's point of view. This disc is made of metal and does have some light surface rust. It's a great find for the person who has one of these players!
