Up for auction is a Gorham Strasbourg serving spoon, also known as a casserole spoon. The spoon measures 8 3/4" long and weighs 2.27 troy ounces. The spoon is in good condition but could use a polish. The spoon is stamped: Sterling - PAT 1897 - Gorham hallmarks. The spoon is engraved on the handle.
