You are looking at a 8.5 x 14" dated 1897 letterhead from The Pelton Water Wheel Co. of San Francisco, for purchases of a 3 foot Water Wheel system by Sandon Water Works & Light Co. of Sandon, BC, Canada. The bill details the purchase which had a price of $1,648.80.
The bill is in fair-good condition with some soiling, tearing, and wear as shown.
