1898 Devils Lake, North Dakota Illustrated: "North Dakota's Inland Sea" Souvenir Book. 122 pages. Published by Press of Grand Forks Herald. VG condition with some wear on top and bottom portions of spine and corners plus several faint water stains on covers, while inside contents are clean and in VF condition with some toning. Binding is somewhat weak with inside covers starting to get loose from inside pages, otherwise still intact and complete except for pages #41 and #42 which are missing (obviously torn out by someone long time ago) plus few pages with tiny edge tears, nothing too distracting. Rare profusely illustrated souvenir book with more than 200 photos and short informative articles on various topics related to this town such as: North Dakota's Inland Sea. The Legend of Minnewaukan.
