This is a great note for this price range. A "Black Eagle" is a must-have for a rare US currency collection. This note has seen honest circulation, with some minor edge wear and a couple pinholes noted for accuracy, but NO real tears. This is also an earlier, better signature combination of Vernon-McClung.
