A beautiful card with olive color, Cancelled Breslau 22.9.99 to Köben. Restaurant Breslau Ring 3 Kurfürstenseite. Lith. Paul Springer Breslau. Flurstn 5-6. Slight diagonal crease at bottom. (See pictures, below.)

PLEASE PAY PROMPTLY! You will receive an invoice from eBay after the close of the auction, but you do not have to wait for one to send payment. If I do not hear from you, I will send a reminder. The third notice (if necessary) will be a non-payer notice from eBay. (NOTE: Contact me if you are buying more than one item. It is better for both of us if you make one combined payment, and I send one shipment.)
COMMUNICATE! In those few instances w I have had to turn the matter over to eBay, it was because the buyers never contacted me Fees No state taxes. (I ship from Delaware, home of Tax-Free Shopping.)
No handling fees. Shipping I WILL SHIP ANYW that is not expressly forbidden by the U.S. government, or prohibited by the shippers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
I SHIP almost exclusively by USPS first class within the U.S., and by USPS airmail letter post everyw else. But that is only because most of my shipments are flat items weighing a couple of ounces. I will gladly upgrade any shipment to registered mail, priority, or overnight (Express) on request. Insurance coverage on shipments within the U.S. is ALWAYS available (and usually recommended,) even if I have not specifically offered it on my invoice.
MY SHIPPING RATES ARE A DIRECT REFLECTION OF MY COSTS of postage and materials. More than 95% of my shipments look and weigh the same - a sturdy 6 x 8 inch photo/document mailer weighing between one and 2 ounces. Consequently, I charge a flat rate of $1.00 for most shipments within the U.S. Shipments outside the U.S. will vary by country, but are generally around $1.25 for Canada and Mexico, and $2.00 everyw else. The costs for shipping heavier items are more, of course, but they too are stated in the listing. You can determine exactly what your total cost will be before placing your bid. THE ONLY REASON THE RATE WILL CHANGE AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES, IS IF YOU REQUEST DIFFERENT OR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES. Of course, if you have any questions, please e-mail me. Delivery I ship within 2 business days of receiving payment, unless circumstances conspire to make that impossible. (In that event, you will be notified of the delay as soon as humanly possible.) However, I reserve the right to hold personal checks until cleared, before shipping.
My shipping department is "open" every day that the US Post Office is open. Refunds & Returns Refunds are given for items that have not been described correctly.
