This is a relatively modern piece, likely made within the past 40-50 years. The piece is hallmarked but we can't identify the marks, however we think it's a European piece, possibly Polish. The pin is done in the form of a flowering, leafy branch. The leaves are exquisitely textured and detailed, each set with sparkling rose cut diamonds. The flowers have turquoise 'petals' with seed pearls on the base. There are also individual diamonds and turquoise cabochons set here and there, on little leaflets or as 'berries.' The piece is very well made and quite eye-catching.This piece is in great condition. The pearls, turquoise and diamonds are securely set. The clasp functions well and closes securely.The pin has a variety of stamps and hallmarks, which we unfortunately do not recognize. We have tested this piece with nitric acid, and guarantee it to be at least 18 karat gold, likely a higher karat like 19.2k.The pin is about 2 3/8 inches long.The pin weighs 17.9 grams.-jmGood luck and .For the American BidderShipping including insurance is FREE to your USA address.
