Attention , 3 day sale! An early and unusual Chinese porcelain plate made for the Western Market.9" acrossDating to the Qianlong reign, between 1750-1790Beautifully decorated with strong colors & thick impasto.The decoration is wonderful.The layout is made from a European specification,but the the artists in China, not fully understanding what a "Putti" is,painted two Chinese men with wings.There is a crack which runs across about two thirds of the plate and which can be seen in the final picture.
