Sterling silver English berry spoon with a cluster of repoussed fruits and leaves in the gold-washed bowl and a crest of a crown and a bird engraved on the face end of the handle. The spoon measures 8 1/8 inches long and weighs 2.05 troy oz. Marked on the back of the handle with English hallmarks: the maker's mark "W.L", the lion, the crowned leopard head, and the date letter "f" for London, 1761, when the spoon was made, though it was decorated at a later date. T's no letter monogram and no evidence of a removal. T's a bit of scuffing and a tiny black spot on the back of the handle end, otherwise in fine antique condition.
