Early 18th Century Single handed 30 hour Oak Longcase Clock made by "Prestidge" of Eydon. This striking early clock is in good working order with no issues. Pleasing slow chime, about the tempo of Big Ben unlike many faster chiming longcases and good loud tick. It has a 10 inch Matt finish brass face, chapter ring with Roman numerals and quarter hour markers. Cherabs and Crown spandrels which I believe date it from around 1710 to 1725.
