An Early English Pottery Vase Decorated with Whieldon Type Palette Slip Glaze This is, I believe, a fairly primitive 18th century English vase of coarse earthenware with a mottled slip glaze in whieldon palette. I have not come across this type of pottery before so I may be inaccurate. Please decide for yourself on this one. It came with one other vase and a cup and saucer in the similar manner - also listed on eBay at this time - have a look- it may help identify. The vase has a height of approx 13.5 cm. It is in well used condition, there is wear and fritting to the neck rim, a fairly large chip to the base edge and a hole! to the side of the vase as shown. Please see pics below for full details Shipping within the UK is 3.50 GBP. Shipping to Europe is 6 GBP Shipping to the US is 10 GBP The buyer pays full shipping costs.
