This is one of two pairs of tea bowls and saucers we have that are matching.

These wonderful 4 pieces date back to around 1740 are painted 'en grisaille'. Sometimes called 'encre de Chine'. These wares are generally very finely painted, and these are no exception. Condition is very good, both saucers have no damage. One tea bowl has a very hsort hairline and a slighlty longer one. The other bowl has a very faint hairline from the rim with a corresonding rim frit.

Please see our other matching set. Saucers measure 5.4 inches (13.5cm). Bowls are 3.4 inches across.

Shipping: Airmail to North America and China is $20, to Europe $10, UK recorded postage is £4.50. Overseas insurance is $13 if needed.
