A LOT of 19 PIECES in desirable EARLY VICTORIAN silverplate patterns circa 1870. This is a great GROUP that is representative of some of the transitional patterns from the earlier Classical Grecian to early Eastlake styles produced at the time, including: GEM by R&B, PRINCESS by ROGERS, ROMAN by GORHAM, PERSIAN variant, etc. Gem pieces are nicely engraved with 'Crossman'. PIE FORK & NUT PICKS are in excellent shape; and the ROMAN DEMITASSE spoons just have a tiny dot of heel wear. Most other pieces have some wear and usage marks: some light, others may have noticeable wear yet still are fairly good and usable. 11 matching FORKS may have tine wear and/or heel wear; KNIVES have light wear and scratches (youth or breakfast knife has noticeable lines). T are some rare patterns in and this group deserves better than the scrap heap. All need polishing. (PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS). INSURANCE is available upon request. Please read below for details.
