Rare 1900's QUA-KO/QUAKO Syrup Bottle/Label Under Glass

You are bidding on a very nice Soda Fountain QUAKO syrup bottle. The label is under glass.
There are what appears to be a couple of horizontal cracks in the neck of the bottle at an indented area. They are a little hard to see unless you look close. The cracks appear in one close up photo of the neck - the second photo. The mystery is what caused these cracks. They only go around the bottle about 1/3 the way and there is no ding in the bottle where something might have hit it or it fell over. We believe these cracks occurred in the process of making the bottle, but are not sure. The bottle measures about 12 inches tall. The cork/measuring device was made in France. We don’t know if it belongs with the bottle. The Quako Bottling Company was based in Pennsylvania in the early 1900's, and was a competitor of Coca-Cola.
