Overall Condition I put in as many pictures as I could so you can judge for yourself. Unit Markings The right wooden grip has a faint "2us". The "2" is ¼ inches high; the "US" is 1/8 inches high. The U is faint; the S is barely visible in bright sunlight. The left wooden grip has a "D 1". Both markings are ¼ inches high. The Bayonet Marked as 1902 Seems to have had minor field sharpening The point has a "been dropped and resharpened" feel. The repair is more feel than visible. The blade is 11 ¾ inches long The steel on the handle has what hot rodders call "patina". The bayonet has not been cleaned or restored The Scabbard Swivel is steel with a steel stop The outside of the buckle is 4" The finish is almost 100% "patina". I tried to show the dents in the photograph. They are cosmetic. The blade fits fine, and secures properly Needless to say, the scabbard has not been cleaned or restored Shipment You will need to certify that you are over 18 and that it can be shipped to and owned in your town/state/country I prefer PayPal. If you send a money order or certified check, I will wait 10 days or so for it to clear. Given all the fake Photoshop checks and Evaporating Nigerian Banks, I'm sure you understand. T will be a $5.00 fee for the box and packing materials
